Lead times
Our pieces are currently available on pre-order. The first shipments leave in October 2026, and you receive an email as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop.
Once pre-orders have been delivered, every order ships within 48 hours with standard delivery, and within 24 hours with Express.
Outside the European Union
For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and import VAT are calculated and paid at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.

Maintenance
Our artificial HOPER plants are designed to last for years while retaining their vibrancy.
Daily care
Simple, regular dusting with a soft duster or dry cloth is enough to preserve their shine.
Exposure
Avoid placing your plants directly behind a bay window exposed to direct sunlight. Although our foliage is UV-treated, prolonged and intense exposure can eventually alter the depth of the colours.
Also keep the piece away from direct heat sources. No watering is necessary.
Venues open to the public
Our pieces are made for private homes as much as for hotels, offices, clinics, restaurants and shops.
A flame-retardant treatment is available as an option on the plants, applied by a professional. A treatment certificate is supplied with the order. This document attests that the treatment has been applied: it is not an M1 fire classification and does not replace a classification report.
Price per plant, by height: 50 EUR excl. VAT up to 120 cm, 85 EUR excl. VAT from 121 to 180 cm, 120 EUR excl. VAT above. Allow one extra week in the workshop.

We ship worldwide. References in stock leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Those still on pre-order ship late October 2026: your order is fulfilled as soon as they arrive, and you receive an email with your tracking number when your parcel leaves.
Most of our plants are designed for indoor use. However, they are all UV-treated, and some models can be placed outdoors. It should be noted that prolonged outdoor exposure (rain, temperature fluctuations) can eventually alter their materials.
Most of our clients tell us that their guests are fooled. To the touch, our real touch finish faithfully reproduces the suppleness and texture of living plants.
Yes (even though they have been specially designed to perfectly match the shape of our plants). The bottom of the pot is not perforated: we recommend placing the real plant in its original pot, then sliding the latter into the HOPER cachepot.
