Refund policy

Return and refund policy

In accordance with article L.221-18 du Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

Return conditions

Products must be returned:

• In their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition
• Without having been used, damaged or altered
• Together with all accessories and documents provided

Sale or personalised products are also subject to the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Return procedure

1. Contact us at contact@hopercollection.com specifying:
   • Your order number
   • The product(s) you wish to return
   • A photo

2. Within 24 working hours we will send you the instructions and the return address.

3. You then have fourteen (14) days to return the parcel to us.

Return costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

• Product delivered not conforming to the order
• Product defective on receipt
• Shipping error on our part

In these cases, HOPER shall bear the return costs and the dispatch of a replacement product (or a full refund, at the customer's choice).

Refund

The refund shall be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned product and after verification of its condition.

The refund is made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial order. Initial delivery costs are also refunded in the event of a complete withdrawal (unless the customer opted for a more expensive delivery method than the standard method, in which case only the amount of the standard method is refunded).

Product damaged on delivery

If you receive a product damaged during transport, contact us within 48 hours at contact@hopercollection.com with supporting photographs. We will proceed either with an immediate replacement or with a full refund, at your convenience.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products (article L.221-28 du Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code)):

• Products made specifically to the customer's request or personalised
• Sealed products whose seal has been opened and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
