Shipping policy

At HOPER, every piece deserves particular care, including when it is shipped. Each plant is packed in protective packaging designed to preserve its silhouette and its materials.

Timescales

Our pieces are currently available on pre-order. First shipments leave during October 2026. Any order placed before then is honoured as soon as deliveries open, and you receive an email as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop.

Once pre-orders have been delivered, every order leaves within 48 hours on standard delivery, and within 24 hours on Express. Carrier transit time is added to this.

France

Home delivery by DPD, or Express by Chronopost. The rate is calculated on the actual weight of your order and is shown before payment, from €9.90 including tax on standard and €15.90 including tax on Express.

International

We deliver to around fifty countries. The exact rate is calculated on actual weight and destination, and is shown before payment: from €11.90 including tax for Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, €13.90 including tax for Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland and the United Kingdom, €19.90 including tax for Switzerland and Northern Europe.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the sale is an export and is exempt from French VAT. Import duties and taxes are due in the country of destination. The exact amount payable is shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

A delay, a parcel not received

Write to us at contact@hopercollection.com. We reply within 24 working hours.

Trade orders and large volumes

For a project, a full fit-out or a delivery on a booked slot, write to us at pro@hopercollection.com: we will arrange the shipment with you.
